It's an hour drive to Tampa's airport, two hours to Orlando, three hours to Cape Carneval, three hours to Miami and two hours into the Everglades. There are over 50 golf courses in Sarasota and surrounding areas.

The house at Avenida de Mayo is located 500 meters from the gorgeous Siesta Key beach and 100 meters from Siesta Key Village with its cozy restaurants and shops. The house has a very attractive location with canal in back. It offers access to the building's private pier with mooring and fishing as well as access to a canoe. On the back of the house is a lovely pool with patio and barbecue under cover.
